Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 3, 2026
Last Updated: July 3, 2026

Welcome to Global Certification ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital platforms, ISO certification services, and training programs (collectively, the "Services").

By purchasing our Services, registering for a training course, or accessing our platform, you ("Client," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Scope of Services

Global Certification provides professional conformity assessment services, including:

  • ISO Certification Services: Gap analysis, documentation review, and formal compliance audits against specific international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001).
  • Training Programs: Professional ISO lead auditor courses, internal auditor workshops, and corporate training sessions delivered in-person within Saudi Arabia or via online classrooms.

2. Client Obligations & Audit Prerequisites

To ensure a successful certification or training process, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful corporate records, system documentation, and operational data necessary for the audit.
  • Ensure that relevant personnel and facilities are accessible to our auditors during scheduled site visits within Saudi Arabia.
  • Refrain from misrepresenting their certification status to the public or regulatory bodies prior to the formal issuance of the certificate.

3. Payment, Fees, and Taxes

  • Pricing: All fees for certification audits and training enrollment will be outlined in a separate commercial proposal or invoice.
  • Value Added Tax (VAT): In accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, all applicable services are subject to a 15% VAT (or the prevailing statutory rate), which will be clearly itemized on tax invoices.
  • Payment Terms: Payment must be settled in Saudi Riyals (SAR) according to the timeline specified in your commercial agreement. Certificates will not be issued, and exam results will not be released, until full payment is cleared.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

  • Training Courses:
    • Cancellations made more than [e.g., 14 days] before the course start date qualify for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within [e.g., 7 days] are subject to a [e.g., 50%] cancellation fee, or the seat may be rescheduled to a future date at our discretion.
  • Certification Audits: Audit dates are locked in advance. Rescheduling requested by the Client within [e.g., 30 days] of the audit date may incur additional mobilization fees to cover non-refundable auditor travel and scheduling arrangements.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Mutual Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect and keep secret all proprietary operational records, trade secrets, software code, and financial information disclosed during the audit or training.
  • Accreditation Disclosures: The Client acknowledges that Global Certification is required to share specific audit findings with international accreditation boards during regular oversight evaluations to maintain our licensing.
  • Personal Data: Any personal information collected during registration or testing will be handled strictly under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

6. Intellectual Property

  • Training Materials: All slide decks, handbooks, templates, case studies, and exam papers provided during our training programs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Global Certification. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute these materials without written permission.
  • Use of Marks: Upon successful certification, the Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to display the specific ISO compliance logos and Global Certification marks. This display must strictly follow our official brand guidelines and cannot be altered.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantee of Certification: Enrolling in a course or purchasing an audit does not guarantee that a candidate will pass their exam or that an organization will achieve certification. Certification is strictly dependent on passing objective evaluation criteria.
  • Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law, Global Certification shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data resulting from an audit delay or course cancellation.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their validity or termination, shall be settled amicably through good-faith negotiations. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in [Insert City, e.g., Riyadh / Jeddah / Dammam], Saudi Arabia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect updates in international ISO guidelines or Saudi regulatory changes. We will notify clients of major structural updates by updating the date at the top of this document or via email.
